Welcome to our Alpen Chalet on Zellberg!

The apartment "Martha" in our Alpen Chalet was completed in January 2017 and offers for a maximum of 8 people the perfect holiday home, with a mixture of tradition and modernity - and a lot of attention to detail!

The new apartment "Rosa" is under the roof and convinces with loving furnishings, modern and alpine ambience.

Our high-quality alpine chalet with a modern hut character (each apartment about 130 m²) is located on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße at the beginning of the Zellberg.

It awaits you - in both apartments...
... 4 magnificent bedrooms with their own TV (all beds are made of pine wood)
... 2 bathrooms and extra toilets,
... open living room with TV,
... a Tyrolean-style dining area with fully equipped kitchen
... beautiful balcony and spacious terrace with matching solid wood seating

In addition, there is a shared ski room with ski boot dryer, parking in front of the house, an open garage and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels, electricity and heating (underfloor heating) are available and included in the price!

Our mini-HOUSE RULES:
Please enter the apartments only with slippers, there is a separate shoe cabinet in the entrance.
Your hiking or ski equipment can be stored in the provided ski room. For ski or hiking boots, a boot dryer is available.
We ask you to help with the waste separation. Various containers - for the waste to be separated (cardboard, paper, glass, cans, plastic) - are ready for you.

As a deposit at check-in, after receiving the key, EUR 300.00 is required.

Additional information

Special cancellation rules apply to all bookings in winter 2020/21:

Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival,
in the event of a later cancellation, 70% of the travel price will be charged.

P.S.: We are now also a proud partner of Europäische Reiseversicherung and advise you to take out insurance. So you are completely covered and you are spared unnecessary costs and trouble! A conclusion is also possible retrospectively, i.e. after booking.

Included: electricity, heating and water ... as well as the use of the common garage.

B169 - take the exit to Zell / northbound: -> in the direction to Zellberg through the town center, then turn left. After about 500 m, exit Zellberg. After driving 1 km on the mountain, you’ll see our house ‘Alpen Chalet’ directly next to the street on the right hand side.
