The house (at 750 metres altitude) is situated in the beautiful Zillertal on the fork in the road to Ferlos and Mayrhofen, and is surrounded by countless skiing and walking areas. From your luxurious and spacious apartment, you have a gorgeous view of the Zillertal and surrounding mountains. In a matter of mere minutes you can reach any of the well-known nearby hotspots, such as Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen, Gerlos or Fügen. Each area has its own distinctive ski slopes: the Zillertal Arena, Hochzillertal, Mayrhofner bergbahnen, and, of course, the Hintertuxer glacier where you can even ski in the summertime. Just above your apartment, there is a 7 km rodelbaan (sledding course). The free ski bus, which stops at all the important ski-lifts, stops in front of our door. In the summer, Zillertal offers great opportunities for a wide range of activities, from walking to mountain climbing, rafting, mountain biking, etc. A trip on the steam locomotive of the Zillertal railway in the crystal wagon, for example, is a fabulous adventure.
