Berg aktiv is a varied fitness and vitality programme for all ages. Whether it's sunny or rainy, this program is available free of charge to all guests of Gerloser Berg Aktiv member companies from June 22nd 2025 to September 19th 2025.
From easy beginner hikes to challenging “tight calves tours”. High ropes course, mountain bike tours, canyoning are just as much a part of the programme as themed hikes and interesting lectures.
For some activities there is a contribution towards expenses. Sturdy shoes are necessary for all hikes. Please note that fitness is a prerequisite for the high mountain tours. The bikes for the bike tours and also the mountain boots, rainwear, backpacks and telescopic poles can be hired on site from Gerlos sports shops.
