Our house was built in the summer of 2017. Cozy, family-run apartment house.
It is located in a quiet and sunny spot.
Only 20 meters to the ski and hiking bus stop of the Zillertal Arena.
We have 2 apartments (approx. 80sqm) for 6 – 8 people and a
attic apartment (approx. 95sqm) for 6 – 10 people.
All apartments have their own sauna with a window,
breathtaking views of the Gerlos mountain world guaranteed.

Our goal is to enable our guests to enjoy a relaxing break in a quiet location - far from the hustle and bustle yet close to attractions. Each apartment offers a private sauna for relaxing hours after an active day. The proximity to the Zillertal Arena ski area makes our house the ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, and nature experiences.
