Chalet Andreashof
Welcome to the modern chalet at Andreashof in Gerlos, your perfect retreat in the Alps.
Spanning 115 m² across two floors, the chalet accommodates up to five people and features three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the spacious living area or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the balcony. Pets are warmly welcomed during the summer months, and baby and toddler equipment is available for families. In the summer, you have access to an outdoor seating area where you can dine comfortably and enjoy the alpine surroundings.
Final cleaning: € 150,- one-time
Deposit:
For the chalet, the rental deposit is € 500,- in cash and will be retained until departure in case of damages incurred, an incomplete cleaned kitchen, etc.
After the inspection of the apartment in proper condition, the deposit amount will be refunded.
Dogs are allowed in the chalet (only in summer), we charge an additional € 20 per day/animal.
A valid insurance for potential damages is required!
Check-In & Check Out at the reception of the Andreashof guesthouse
On the day of arrival, generally available from 4:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by 10:00 AM.
