Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location on the outskirts of Gerlos, only 500 meters walk from the center (church) and the new Gerloser "Dorfbahn" for access to the Zillertal Arena. About 200 m are to run strong uphill or downhill, so we recommend to rent a ski depot at the new valley station "Dorfbahn" so you can walk comfortably with your winter footwears.

We have 3 nice and cosy apartments for 2 (3) persons and a larger two-room-apartment for 2-4 (6) persons. All apartments with cooking- and dining-place, shower/wc and cable-TV and (small) dishwasher. 3 apartments have a balcony, in the studio at the ground-floor you can use our garden Terrace. We offer a cosy guest-lounge at the ground floor with books, TV and free of charge W-Lan.
On request we serve fresh rolls in the morning into the apartments.

Additional information

Inclusive warm water, heating and electricity and final-cleaning. Taxes (1,80 Euro p.p./day from 15th year) . Domestic animals only on request and extra fee € 5,-- per day for small dogs, and 10,-- Euro per day for big dogs (without feed) . Baby package with baby-phone, baby-bed, baby-bath ... etc. free of charge
