After a comprehensive renovation, we will open our new restaurant and hotel bar By Maras on Juli 1st 2019!

Relax in our SPA area of Panorama swimming-pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, Infrared cabin and solarium. You can book our Beauty and massage uses directly in the adoption.
Keen on sport ones can train either in our fitness space, or take part in our numerous actively wellness activities (Nordic Walking, pulse-oriented Vital programme, mountain bike tours, daily 2 controlled wanderings torch wandering in the evening).

Gerlos is a high valley in the Zillertal direction Gerlospaß Krimmler waterfalls (richest in water in Europe) and has 5 side valleys: Schwarzachtal,
Wimmertal, Schönachtal, Krumbachtal, Wildgerlostal with the Durlaßboden reservoir. One can wander all these valleys without big height differences easily, also there is a taxi service in the valleys and alpine huts. Again in summer and in winter are open and bewirtschatet. In every valley flow small brooks with crystal clear water. Driving authorisations have only the hunters and Almbewirtschafter speak farmer.

Your day at Central begins with a hearty breakfast, with emphasis on local products from the Tyrol. Then it's out into the great nature of the Zillertal and Kitzbühel Alps.
In Winter, the Zillertal Arena offers the largest ski area in the Zillertal and Pinzgau with 139 km of pistes. Winter hikers will find beautiful trails in the five valleys. Cross-country skiers can choose between skiing in Gerlos and a high trail on the Gerlosplatte.
And during winter Gerlos is also famous for its après ski.

In summer Gerlos is a paradise for hiking and mountain biking. From the hotel you can reach all five Central valleys on foot or by bus. For mountain bikers, the Zillertal Arena offers 232 kilometers of variegated trails!
Motorcyclists are especially close to our hearts. Since 2010 the Central Hotel has been a proud member of MoHo - Motorcycle Hotels – in the Select category. You can get to know some terrific motorcycle tours, for example, in the Kitzbühel Alps, to Grossglockner or on the Zillertal High Road. Bikers will receive the best possible information and advice from us, because we know what we are talking about. We also have motorbikes to rent.

For children, in the Summer Gerlos offers exciting entertainment for free in the ArenaFUNten Club (5 - 12 year olds) or the Teen Actions (over 10 years old). In Winter there are wonderful children's ski-slopes, and the ski schools offer children programs that are really fun.

After an exciting day of skiing or hiking, you can fortify yourself on the sun terrace with coffee, cake or a snack. Relax in our rustic Tyrolean lounge or in the cozy lobby with its open fireplace.
You can also enjoy the spa area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and fitness room as well as our indoor pool with views of the Zillertal Alps.
In the evenings we offer you a choice of menus featuring both traditional Tyrolean cuisine and international dishes.
