Ferienhaus Linda in Gerlos is a guarantee for stress-free, individual holiday days tailored to your needs in every season. Here, at exactly 1,246 meters, you will find the ideal conditions for your dream vacation. Our house is situated in a very quiet and sunny location. Hiking trails, Cycling paths and the ski slope offer you the opportunity to fully enjoy the variety of outdoor activities. After an exciting day, you can sit together in the cozy living room, relax, or use the WiFi connection to share your experiences. The Isskogel cable car is just 700 meters from the house and can be reached in 7 minutes on foot or quicker with skis via the cross-country ski trail. After a day of skiing, you can return to Ferienhaus Linda on skis via the Isskogel valley run or from the Umbrella Bar via the Moseltret descent (Krummbach). The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house and the toboggan run is nearby. The house is an excellent starting point for cycling tours, walks, and hikes as you can quickly be in the midst of nature without having to travel long distances. Thus, Ferienhaus Linda is ideal for guests who want to be in a quiet environment while still being close to the town center.

GERLOS GIVES YOU SUMMITS
At Ferienhaus Linda, as an overnight guest in summer, you will receive free access for your entire stay to the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and the Dorfbahn in Königsleiten with the Free Mountain Card.
For additional comfort, you have access to a car parking space, a ski storage room, and a shoe dryer. Pets are also very welcome (€ 22,-- per day/dog), so the whole family can enjoy a fantastic stay.

The apartments are ready for occupancy from 14:00, and the room must be vacated by 10:00. An early check-in is possible subject to availability and arrangement.
In case of a later arrival or departure, we will charge the rental price.
