Your tasks:

Welcoming and looking after our guests
Check-in and check-out as well as processing reservations
Telephone and e-mail correspondence
Supporting the back office team with administrative tasks
Coordination and communication with other departments (e.g. housekeeping, restaurant)
Support with marketing and social media activities (as required)
