In our lovingly furnished rooms in a rural style, the motto is: arrive and feel at home. The very quiet yet central location is a great advantage of our guesthouse.

All rooms are equipped with shower / bath / hairdryer, satellite TV, as well as toilet and partly separate living area. Large sunny balconies offer our guests a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountain landscape. In winter, skis and ski boots are safely stored in our ski room with ski boot dryer. The ski bus stop is only 2 minutes away from our house. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the town center of Zell am Ziller.

Furthermore, we offer you a very quiet sunbathing area, a large terrace with an open fireplace. Our cozy gazebo in our sun garden invites you to relax and linger. Your car is safely parked in our parking lot right by the house.
