Location

Our house is peacefully and idyllically situated on a small hill above Zell am Ziller and offers a wonderful panoramic view.

Our holiday apartment

The apartment convinces with its bright, friendly atmosphere and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Our spacious holiday apartment, approximately 90 m², accommodates up to 6 people and has three double rooms with balconies.

An extension to accommodate up to 10 people is possible upon request. In this case, an additional room and possibly high-quality extra beds would be available (for an additional charge per person per night).

The apartment offers:

a modern bathroom with shower and toilet
another bathroom with bathtub and toilet
a bright, approximately 20 m² open-plan kitchen-living area with a cozy seating area and satellite TV, plus a comfortable balcony

The kitchen-living area is fully equipped with:

stove
microwave
capsule coffee machine (capsules are available with us)
dishwasher
refrigerator with freezer compartment
dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses
bowls, pans, and pots

The hosts Anneliese and Fritz shape the place with their personal and warm manner. Both dedicate themselves with great commitment to the guests on site – they are usually directly approachable, personally welcoming visitors and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Their hospitality creates a family atmosphere in which one quickly feels at home.

In the background, daughter Sabrina supports the events organizationally. She primarily takes on administrative tasks, coordinates processes, and ensures that bookings, inquiries, and planning run smoothly.

Son Michael has already left home and is following his own path, but of course remains part of the family story.

This way, personal care on site is combined with good organization in the background – an interplay that defines the special character of the house.
