Our farm is located on the sunny side of the valley - in Haslach, between Aschau (distance: 1,5 km) and Zell am Ziller (distance: 3,5 km to village centre). Nearby, you'll find the skiing and hiking area Zillertal Arena with the new family attraction "Fichtenschloss & Fichtensee" ("Fir Castle") and the summer toboggan run "Arena Coaster". The Zillertal Arena is the largest continous skiing area in the Zillertal with modern lifts and perfectly groomed slopes. Tobogganing enthusiasts will enjoy the longest illuminated tobogganing run on the Gerlosstein. The leisure park in Zell offers an artificial ice rink in winter, an indoor tennis centre with three courts, a bowling alley, and much more. In summer, the outdoor pool is the place to cool yourself down after a marvellous hike in the Zillertal mountains. In addition, you can choose among many bike tours of various difficulty levels.

Here's a tip: have you tried an electric bike? With an e-bike (many rental offices are available) you can master even difficult mountain trails without having to train like a Tour de France athlete ...

Trafficwise, we are fully connected to the public transport system. Right by our farm, there is a bus stop for the free ski bus ( (1,5 km to the Zillertal Arena), the regional taxi sercvice that takes you to nach Zell am Ziller, as well as the bus that takes you almost anywhere in the entire Zillertal. Only a few minutes' walk from our house, you'll find a comfortable restaurant - Schnitzelstation Klammlhof (open from late May to early October).

Our guests receive free access to our wi-fi; their ski equipment can be stowed in our ski room with ski boot dryer; we offer a bread delivery service for a delicioius breakfast.
