We are located on a small hill at Unterberg/Hainzenberg.
This allows you not only a breathtaking view of the Zillertal mountain world but also a very central location for your vacation.
The regular bus and the ski bus stop right behind our house and take you in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Zillertal Arena or the train station in Zell am Ziller.
If you are traveling with an electric car, it can be conveniently charged at our in-house charging station.
Each apartment has a separate entrance and at least 2 free parking spaces for cars.
Montepart Zillertal also stands for a connection to nature:
in its construction, furnishings, and views.
The top two floors are pure wooden construction and therefore very breathable and natural.
The visible wooden ceilings make the rooms feel more homely and spread a sense of warmth.
The large windows of our apartments give you the opportunity to admire and enjoy the beauty of the Zillertal mountain world from early morning.
We place great value on comfort and offer our guests a private bathroom and a smart TV in each room. Each apartment also has an additional separate toilet.
Bedding and towels, as well as toilet paper, will be provided by us once during your stay.
The living kitchens are very spacious and modern and are equipped with fully furnished amenities such as:
dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge-freezer combination, as well as smart TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
Our balconies and terrace invite you to relax in the fresh air and allow you to unwind at the end of the day in a pleasant atmosphere.
We are a family and child-friendly accommodation.
