The surroundings invite you to numerous activities, whether hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter. After an exciting day, you can choose a game in our game room or play together in a sociable group on the PS5.

Enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee from our coffee machine and let the day wind down in the beautiful garden. For families with small children, a crib and high chair are available. Numerous games and books in our playroom make the stay unforgettable for the little ones.

Other amenities such as a ski storage room, wifi, and a bread roll service ensure that you lack for nothing. Additionally, our house is a non-smoking establishment and offers comfortable car parking spaces as well as a charging station for electric cars.

arrival

You drive along the B165 Gerlosstraße coming from the Zillertal B169 for about 16 km until you reach the beginning of the village "Gerlos Gmünd." Continue another 2 km, at the village sign "Gerlos," turn left and drive uphill (there are green signs here). After 100 m at the bend, you will reach your destination.

Ferienwohnungen Luxner is a small apartment house where Josef and Margit are always striving to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Josef is an enthusiastic mountaineer and in winter, he prefers to go on ski tours. He can assist you well with a small or larger mountain tour. Margit enjoys hiking and skiing in winter, but there should always be a mountain hut or ski hut for a little break with some tasty treats, which Margit can recommend to you.
