At around 1,000 meters above sea level, just 4 km above Zell am Ziller, you will enjoy peace, nature, and an incomparable view – combined with authentic Tyrolean hospitality.
Our house is located directly at the Gerlosstein ski area – a charming, family-friendly winter sports area away from the hustle and bustle of the major ski resorts. In summer, you can start hiking, peak tours, and nature experiences right at your doorstep throughout the Zillertal.

A special focus of our house is the regional culinary offerings with products from our own farm and the Zillertal.
We combine traditional Tyrolean cuisine with genuine “farm enjoyment” – fresh, authentic, and seasonal.
