The visit and explanation of the production of Zillertal mountain cheese in our showroom with a small tasting is after the tour of the Goldschaubergwerk.
You will find all products as well as a variety of souvenirs in our shop next door.
Located next to the Hochzeller Käsealm is a faithfully rebuilt alpine hut that is over 150 years old - this houses a small museum where old equipment is lovingly restored and displayed in working condition. This gives you an insight into cheese production in earlier years and you will discover interesting comparisons with today's production methods.
